Here we'll look at all the ways you can optimise your service offers to ensure they fit in with the 1nSourcing pricing model, making sure you create the perfect pricing for your concept. We'll look at how to establish a 'Baseline' which is the foundation of ALL your packages, quotes and more, so you can quickly and easily price your services, with the 'Big 3' profit eaters factored in so they no longer become an issue, and then cover how to construct any offer or reverse engineer any budget.
This will introduce you to the 1nPlan, which is the budget management process that clearly communicates to the client how a 1nSourcing budget will be managed and what that can mean for them. 1nPlan factors in the clients' core requirement to understand a 1nSourcing budget - including where the time is going, what they actually will get for their budget and how this will have positive results in their business, making you the obvious choice of VA!
We've tackled a lot of giving & adding of value, so now it's time to talk about receiving! This section outlines how to invoice clients in a more traditional way to ensure you get paid on time, without misunderstandings or conflict. We'll then look at how to automate your income wherever possible, to save you the task of invoicing, and then move into a way you can still offer smaller service options for flexibility with potential and existing clients, or supplement your income. Then finally, we'll handle any and all objections you might get relating to the 1nSourcing pricing model.
