Is This Right For You?

A free consultation (via Zoom Call) is required to first see if 1nSourcing would be a good fit for your business. If it is, we set about choosing which level of service is required from the packages available (below) as this will determine what service is ideally suited to you, and how your resources are allocated.

Any package includes me (Michelle Dale) as your 1nSourcer. I act as your consultant and operations manager, the team leader and also oversee the various team roles within each department. The final roles that I'll provide as part of the overall package will be determined by your unique circumstances, however all roles will be made available to your business should the need ever arise to utilise them.

How It Works

Your 1nSourcing package is managed by myself (Michelle Dale). I delegate tasks to the team, allocate the hours accordingly within your package budget and oversee your business operations.

Usually I'll be your primary point of contact, as well as a team leader who supports me in any given department, and then of course those individuals in roles that require direct communication with you, such as a personal assistant.

That's the difference between Virtual Miss Friday and other virtual assistant services. You're hiring an online business consultant and manager who's personally responsible for your general operations. I've been in this industry for over 15 years, and I began learning all these skills myself - so I don't just manage, I can roll up my sleeves and help and direct where needed as well.

As part of my service I'll create a detailed, tailored plan, unique to your business, and should we then agree to move forward and work together, I'll ask you to eSign my client service agreement for confidentiality and terms, and issue you an invoice for the agreed estimate or package.

A Few Burning Questions....

Can you manage my financial services?

Bookkeeping and accounting is not included in this service as it’s a specialist skill that requires specific knowledge of the laws where your company is formed and the corresponding financial requirements. We can however supply your bookkeeper or accountant with anything that runs through our operations such as sales, invoices and / or digital receipts.

What are your fixed working hours?

We work to deadlines rather than set times, for example, instead of responding between 9-5 in any particular time zone, we respond with 24 hours, oftentimes very responsively.

What about real-time 'live' services?

We're a purely digital service, so anything that requires a "real time" attendance such as 'live’ chat or phone calls (making or answering) - isn't available through our 1nSourcing service (the sole exception being 'live' Webinar moderation).

How do I 'add' you to my team?

1nSourcing is a complete built-in experience, so the services must be provided in one whole - under 1 umbrella, so to speak. We don't work as an extension of another team unless that team is working independently of your 1nSourcing operations.

For example, you may want to hire an expert in a particular field to support you with a specific project or several projects - we'd love to help support that individual, or you may have a publishing or public relations company you work with. Essentially, we're totally on board with working with them to help produce a desired outcome for your business, however the core administrative, marketing and creative services must be provided within the 1nSourcing Team (without any disconnect) to work accurately, efficiently and effectively at every stage of our operations.

If I need additional support beyond what's available in my monthly 1nSourcing package, how is this priced?

We have a "supplementary hourly rate" for any additional support required of £32 GBP per hour for admin & £45 GBP for technical services.

Thank you very much for considering our services. Upon review of our service agreement you'll quickly note that the entirety of the agreement, with the exception of (1) point is completely in "plain English" and the reason for this is simple. 

To begin, an agreement which is easily understood by both parties (and doesn't require a contract lawyer to decipher) rarely creates a problem for the individuals involved. However, there is (1) area that's particularly important to read carefully and this is the Indemnity section, which essentially says that should you engage our services you aren't going to take VMF LTD to court over any of the terms stated. 

We aren't going to be held liable for ensuring "perfect" website uptime, data security or service provision. So, although we do our very best to ensure the VMF LTD websites (VMF Office, VMF Support, VirtualMissFriday.com and so on) are always 'live' - we cannot guarantee this. 

Nor can we guarantee that your data will be 100% secure - we use (Passpack) which is encrypted for our login records and sharing via our own "in house" team and sometimes share individual logins via Gmail for speed, meaning a username on one service / password on another other - for example Skype, in quick succession at times to keep information separate and anonymous and therefore reasonably secure. We also provide an Online Collaboration Facility (ActiveCollab) and use (Zendesk) for Ticketed Support, both of which are hosted in the cloud, are updated regularly by these organisations and are about as secure as you can get online. However it's essential to make clear that although we maintain a very strong 'chain' so to speak in all aspects of our work together and within the systems / technology we employ, a 'weakest link' is possible in any evolving scenario, especially online.

And finally, we will always endeavour to serve you to the best of our ability as individuals and as a team - but we aren't perfect. We are human and can make mistakes - not often by any means, but they do happen and this is precisely why engaging our services has to be on the basis of mutual respect (and trust). * In our more than 15 years of operation, we have never experienced a situation requiring any kind of legal action and don't ever intend to - therefore, the bit of "legalese" is within to ensure an absence of issues, for both parties.
