Working With Virtual Assistants - Success on a Budget.
Having been in the virtual assistant industry since 2005, and developing a signature programme called 1nSourcing specifically for entrepreneurial virtual assistants, I am always so grateful when someone chooses me as their mentor.
First because I believe we all need a mentor, no matter who it is, as long as we've chosen them for the right reasons.

Perspective on Investment
First let's get things into perspective, I can teach you how to make money, in fact a sizeable income... My virtual assistant business has been the household income that actually supports 2 households, 5 kids collectively from late teens to babies and we live, shall we say, comfortably.
High earning virtual assistants are in the minority in the industry, because there are a lot of VA's coming in believing there are shortcuts to success. These shortcuts don't provide the income one would hope for, which lead to a plethora of virtual assistant jobs which turn out to be scams, or competitive bidding wars on hiring sites or scrabbling for clients where the only option seems to 'go cheaper'.
I don't teach that; I wouldn't want that for myself and therefore I wouldn't want that for you.

Hey any budget is an improvement on zero budget and well done you for deciding to invest something, even if it's small, as this will set you on an incredible path, because when you truly invest on yourself, you're recognising the importance of your business and future.
