Ongoing Support So You Don’t Stall

Would you like to have your own personal on-demand online business consultant and development team at your fingertips? Building the business is one thing, but continuing to move forward is another.

£97 Setup Fee (Then £49 / Hour) *5 Hours Advance Invoicing.

The invoiced amount for ad-hoc task requests and correspondence, may be used within 3 months of the invoice payment date. After that time, any allocated time expires, and is no longer available. If anything requested is out of our hands (for instance is reliant on 3rd parties, systems and / or support) it can be difficult provide any time estimations, therefore we will notify you when there's one hour remaining and provide a status update, should this be applicable to our work with you.

Aftercare

Support & Guidance after your project's completion and handover so you have personal and attentive support as you need it, via correspondence & tasks.

Things You Might Be Wondering... 🤔

How does payment work?

We start work immediately upon receipt of payment  for your foundation site - which is non refundable, so make absolutely certain you’re sure you’d like to move forward.  Due to the commitment to working efficiently and aiming to complete the site as soon as possible, payment is required in full, up front, to prioritise your site. This is due to a VERY high demand for working with me, and it allows me to prioritise your project.

There are details relating to the optional add-ons inside the members area, and you can choose any of them at your own pace.

Who will I be working with?

True to my work methodology, you will be working with one person - that's me, although you may occasionally correspond with my support team with general enquiries. When it comes to your project, we're kind of like parents... this is our baby, and I'm the one responsible for taking care of every aspect and detail. My team do support me, but they're in the background, and accountable to me only.

What do I need to get started?

A computer and an internet connection is all you need. 

If you already have an idea for an online business OR you have an existing online business - that's brilliant, because this gives us something to work with, then we can brainstorm, innovate and come up with something perfect for you.

How long does this process take?

I would love to complete this for you as soon as humanly possible, and that will always be my aim - the sooner we complete the sooner you can start doing business.

But as a guideline, it will take approximately 4-6 weeks for the foundation site, then 2-3 months or more depending on the volume and complexity of your add-on building blocks.  Essentially we're working together and my timeframes are designed to accommodate your busy schedule, so this is a fair timeframe, but if you're super-dedicated to this project, we could motor through to complete sooner. 

Within 4-6 weeks the foundation site will be ready for your first review (from receiving ALL of the information requested from you or your approval on, a One-Step-Start document we’ll share with you within 1 business day after payment that covers all aspects and elements we need on the site). If you would like a meeting to discuss this document we can schedule a 30 minute walkthrough call to ensure you understand all the requirements.

Please note we will not officially begin building the site until the next business day from receipt of ALL of the One-Step-Start information, which includes:

5: Layout Requests
6: Domain Registrar

We'll also require product details if you're doing an eCommerce website in Podia.com and have a product already prepared.

How much money will I make from the business?

I don't believe in "get rich" pitches, whether online or offline - I believe in hard work, determination, adding value wherever you can and serving others as much as possible. This package has been created with the intention of helping you build the framework of an online service business, share your message with an audience, provide a product or service and to make a difference in other people's lives while growing your business.

As I'm sure you’ll agree, it generally takes plenty of hard work to succeed in any type of business, online or offline - in fact, it generally takes a great deal of dedication to succeed at just about anything worthwhile. Obviously, your results in life and business are entirely up to you and the amount of personal determination and resources you're willing to invest into succeeding. Essentially, I'm endeavouring to help you by providing an excellent service, with direction and tried, tested and proven strategies that may very well help you move you forward, especially so if you truly apply yourself.

It’s important to note that the average person who starts an online business rarely puts in the work that's necessary and therefore achieves little to no results. Obviously I don’t want that to be you, so I'm laying this out here so it's abundantly clear.

Furthermore, just to clarify, I (cannot and do not) make any guarantees whatsoever about your ability to get specific results or earn specific amounts of money.

Are there any extra costs which are beyond the fixed fee?

From Virtual Miss Friday - no.

But, this is an online business and it may need certain online systems (things the business will use such as any 3rd party integrations you might use, like Zoom for example). Therefore you will incur third party fees for systems and tools that we may need to use in the build - if you need our suggestions they are all carefully considered, cost-efficient and will keep ongoing costs to a minimum. Getting the most bang for your buck in online systems is something I specialise in.

In addition, if you don't want to be running and / or managing the business yourself afterwards, then you'll need to hire a 1nSourcer or VA to help you.

Possible Supplements:

The investment you'll make into your Podia site does not include subscription fees for your Podia console, domain name, logo or branding, stock video footage, website copywriting, translations (for multilingual) or any paid design elements. These can be included for an additional fee, if required. It does include any stock images available from Unsplash, Pexels, Kaboompics or Canva Pro.

I'm super-dedicated, so how do I complete the project sooner?

Projects are delivered upon balance of payment - so if we (quick time) your project and we're ready to go 'LIVE' earlier than the set time frame, we'll send you an invoice to settle the balance of any outstanding payment and you'll be ready to go!

What happens after the business is built and the project finishes?

The way I will build your business is with full Podia instructions to allow you to take care of everything from here, or hand off to a VA. Podia also provide comprehensive training and support too.

Furthermore, we can offer an aftercare support service for you if you'd like basic maintenance & responsive support (details of which are on this webpage).
