Not Sure What to Put Inside Your Virtual Assistant Package? Try This!

    I encourage anyone who's structuring their virtual assistant packages to consider how they can include items relating to operations, presence and awareness.

    1nSourcing is a business model I created & if you've ever had a business based on doing what you love, then you'll know a business can become like a baby, and in this way, 1nSourcing is certainly my baby.

    I designed this model very carefully, considering a variety of factors that have come to light over the years that I've been working with clients and other virtual assistants.

    One of the key parts of this model is "roles" and how you frame the services that you're providing. It's really important to have results & value at the forefront of your offer to clients, in order for them to give serious consideration to an investment in your services.

    Have you ever been wracking your brains wondering what the highest converting things might be to put into your VA packages? This is where OPA comes in, and I encourage anyone who's structuring their service packages to consider how they can include these items.

    O = Operations

    Add functionality & processing.

    Clients love to see the 'daily grind' kind of roles in your packages, so they'll almost invariably associate a good investment in something that will fulfil office, back-end & operational stuff, basically the boring bits... Now this can be highly specific to the client, or more general.

    P = Presence

    Add something digitally tangible.

    The next part of this is adding something that creates any kind of 'tangible' digital asset for the client's business or the their public profile. It's like creating pieces of online real estate that they can use to be more present and drive traffic to, which could be content pieces, digital media, web pages - anything they could use more than once, or repurpose into different formats.

    A = Awareness

    Add a way to get more eyes on their business.

    The final part is the visibility, because we all want more people to contact us, see us, make enquiries, buy from us, engage, interact and help us grow. By adding this in as your third and final part, you're fitting the pieces of the puzzle together for them. Direct outreach, performance driven emails, anything you can create with calls to action, or promotional activities.

    We all have the ability to add these to our packages or create packages around each piece.

    When I work with virtual assistants, freelancers & fellow 1nSourcers I focus on keeping these 3 parts in mind when crafting their concepts.

    I know that any of the skills you possess now could be translated into OPA, so you don't have to reinvent the wheel, nor do you necessarily have to learn anything new, you simply need to reframe, and if you'd like, present your services using this strategy.
