Your Client Journey with Virtual Miss Friday

    What value can you place on the piece of mind that comes from having someone responsible, responsive, experienced and professional having your back at all times?

    As part of my business model, 1nSourcing, I created a client journey so that onboarding, educating and communicating with my clients becomes a smooth and hassle-free process, adding value to my overall offer.

    A lot of busy business owners will have paralysis when it comes to hiring, because they feel they don't have enough time to take on a VA or that it will be too much of a learning curve in the short term.

    With a clear and simple client journey, this can make all the difference, so today I thought I would share mine, and how easy is to get started with us!

    In this example I am using our Podia service as an example, as in the video I mentioned, I'm a Proud Podia Pro!

    Here's each step of your client journey.

    Step 1 - Select Your Package or Service

    I have a services page that explains 1nSourcing and the services and roles I offer. Sometimes clients will know exactly what they want and will purchase a package from the website directly, which then takes the client directly to Step 3.


    Step 2 - 1nStart Meeting

    If you're not sure what to do, I offer a meeting online so my potential client can ask questions and we can establish a connection. I generally from there make suggestions, and create a proposal, or an offer, and we decide to move forward.


    Step 3 - 1nHub for Clients

    Once an invoice has been issued and paid, or a package has been purchased, Dale, who provides our client support will invite the client to a dedicated client area on our website, which shares all the valuable information our clients will find helpful, as well as guide them in working with us.


    Step 4 - ActiveCollab Online Office

    We'll then set our client up in a complimentary online office space in ActiveCollab where we will communicate with our client on discussions. This is simple, easy-to-follow and keeps records of all of the important information and data relating to our working together in a secure, private & collaborative space.

    We also provide a quick video to help you get started and see how to send and receive messages in the ActiveCollab system. A three minute training video tells you everything you need to know; easy peasy!


    Step 5 - We Get Started!

    In the case of working in Podia we begin with an approval process for design, look & feel and then we move ahead and start the build from there. We have processes for all the services inside Virtual Miss Friday - which make everything very clear and efficient, so engaging with us requires very little 'work' from our clients.
