Because we are a professional company we have specific guidelines in place to ensure the process goes smoothly. And we are very transparent about these.

Podia is a system that has strict parameters of what's possible. It allows you (the client) to be able to completely update and customise the site once it's built, and basic video training is provided to help you do that, so you don't have to invest any further for updates, hard coders, or paying for us to make changes to your site, unless you really want to of course!

Pre-Build Expectation Management

eCommerce Websites start from a minimum investment of £1500 for our base model site.
Possible Supplements:
This does not include subscription fees for your Podia console, domain name, logo or branding, stock video footage, website copywriting, translations (for multilingual) or any paid design elements plus more, all items are listed below in standard options. These can be included for an additional fee if required. It does include any stock images available from Pexels, Kaboompics or Canva Pro.

We start work immediately upon receipt of payment - which is non refundable, so make absolutely certain you’re sure you’d like to move forward.  Due to the commitment to working efficiently and aiming to complete the site as soon as possible, payment is required in full, up front, to prioritise your site. This is due to a VERY high demand for working with me, and it allows me to prioritise your project.

We aim to complete the site within 4-6 weeks (for the base site), ready for your first review (from receiving ALL of the information requested from you or your approval on, a One-Step-Start document we’ll share with you within 1 business day after payment that covers all aspects and elements we need on the site). If you would like a meeting to discuss this document we can schedule a 30 minute walkthrough call to ensure you understand all the requirements.

Please note we will not officially begin building the site until the next business day from receipt of ALL of the One-Step-Start information, which includes:

We'll also require product details if you're doing an eCommerce website in and have a product already prepared.

Ongoing Maintenance - £45 Per Hour
When you would like website changes or updates after handover is complete, we will complete those for you at an hourly rate, rounded up to the nearest 15 minute increments.

When you are ready to get started, you can pay via PayPal, or credit/debit card via Stripe. You can also pay by Bank Transfer or Cash. Invoices are issued upon request for cash payments.
