I’m a proactive and organised virtual assistant who believes the overall client experience is just as important as the services I offer. I have over 20 years PA experience in well known global organisations. My experience also includes customer support where my listening skills and empathy ensured a positive outcome for the customer. My attributes include my ability to learn new systems quickly, positive attitude, resourcefulness, tenacity, proactive approach and attention to detail. I have a thirst for knowledge and am always on the lookout for new systems to learn to help me on my virtual assistant journey. I have a ‘never give up’ attitude and believe there is always a solution, it’s just a case of finding it! My main skills are PA/administrative support, Wordpress, social media, customer support and analysing processes and suggesting where improvements can be made.
