“A little bit about me”, Hello and welcome, my name is Joycelyn Lewis and I was born and raised in London, England. My parents are both from the beautiful island of Antigua in the Caribbean. I love the sunshine and hate the cold (I don’t function too well in cold climates. I currently am working at The Open University in Milton Keynes as a Quality & Compliance Assistant, this temporary contract ends in July 2019 and I will be working full time from home. however, in the meantime I can generally work from Monday to Friday and I am available at these times: Mon to Thurs AM: 1 hour early morning at 6am GMT PM: 2 hours in the evening, at 5pm GMT Fridays PM: 3 hours in the afternoon at 5:30pm GMT Weekly hours available: 15 hours My strengths are in: I was previously a Private Secretary to the Ambassador of Antigua and Barbuda and gained a lot of the following skills: managing email, calendar management, business travel bookings, sorting out travel visas, daily reminders, managing and organising events, business meetings (international and local). Also in my last role as Marketing Assistant my daily tasks were posting articles on the website and facebook, interacting on social media, dealing with complaints on social media, social sharables, but I’m also good at CRM, handling customer support, data-entry and general administration. I’m not suited for any book-keeping work, however, I’m very much willing to expand my skills and learn more about being a website developer (I did a little course in website developing, years ago) and graphic design. I have done a little bit of graphic design work but would love to use my creative skills more. I do enjoy using Adobe Creative Cloud. I am looking to become a full time VA by the time my contract ends in July 2019. So I will love to join onto a team who is looking to take on a VA who is willing to build my confidence and skills as a supporter. Where I’m In My Element And Excelling

I love being creative, I excel very well when I am doing tasks that challenge me and don't bore me. I enjoy designing forms, newsletters, business stationery, leaflets, logos, arranging business travel and organising events etc.... I love variety which is one reason why I love the VA industry so much. I like the element of freedom, being able to travel with my work and have the ability to create.
