Hi there! My name is Cortni and I'm a "scanner". I have a lot of interests in a variety of things, and I'm learning to use that to my advantage as a Virtual Assistant. I started this journey as a 1nSourcer to follow my dream of being location independent. I absolutely love to travel, and I was drawn to Michelle and the incredible 1nSourcing community because of this! My task skills are mostly in the area of content creation- if I am supplied with the content, I can create it, format it, proof it, and schedule/post it. I'm trained in ConvertKit, Mailchimp, Infusionsoft, Leadpages, and WordPress. As far as personality traits, I can offer flexibility, reliability, and resiliency. I've been told that I'm easy to work with and my personality really shines through. The motto of my business is: "Always do what you say you're going to do", and I strive to always keep my commitments and be honest and transparent if issues should arise. I'm also not afraid to ask questions, I'm easily trainable, and I'm happy to go out and find the answer to any questions I might have. I would love the opportunity to work on a 1nSourcing team that has clients (preferably women) who do regular launches of online products or courses. I would also be open to working with 1nSourcers who have clients that are travel blog/vloggers, digital nomads, or just clients who have a clear personal brand and put out regular content. I currently live in Utah, so I'm in Mountain Standard Time. My hours of operation can be flexible, but I'm currently available Monday-Friday during normal daytime hours. I love to find gaps in systems and ways to make processes better. It's a trait I've noticed about myself in various jobs I've been at. I'm always asking questions like "how can we make the process better for the customer?" or "how can we do this better to save time?". It's just who I am :)
I have a knack for spotting grammar/spelling errors or mistakes in other people's work. I like to make things look as professional and polished as possible. It can be a problem with my husband sometimes, as he is a terrible speller! :)
I love to teach or share knowledge- if I can help others in some way, it makes me feel good! I am always suggesting simple ways that others can improve their work, save time, improve their marketing, etc.
Content creation- I would be well suited to work with clients who put out regular and consistent content. This would be things like blogs, emails, social graphics, freebies, etc.
