The 1nSourcing Departments
1nSourcing brings together the 3 “Core Departments” of an online service and / or product business. These departments are Administrative, Marketing and Creative. Within these departments are necessary roles that enable the business to run smoothly, and within these roles are certain essential tasks.
1nSourcing takes care of everything from the overall operations management down to the individual tasks. 1nSourcing covers your core front and back end administrative, marketing and creative requirements, and places your business in safe, reliable and experienced hands.

Is 1nSourcing right for you?
A consultation (via Email or Phone) is required to first see if 1nSourcing would be a good fit for your business. If it is, we set about choosing which level of service is required in each department of your business (Administrative, Marketing and Creative) and this will determine whether you require an Entrepreneur or Enterprise package and how your resources are allocated.
Any package includes the 1nSourcer (Michelle Dale), who acts as your consultant and operations manager, the team leader and then the various team roles within that department. The final roles that we'll provide as part of the overall package will be determined by your unique circumstances, however all roles will be made available to your business should the need ever arise to utilise them.
How it works
The package is then managed by your 1nSourcer (Michelle Dale) who will delegate the tasks to the team and allocate the hours accordingly within your package budget.
Usually you will have myself (Michelle Dale) as a point of contact and the team leader who supports me in any given department, and then of course those people in roles that require direct communication with you, such as a personal assistant.
That's the difference between Virtual Miss Friday and other virtual assistant services. You're hiring an online business consultant and manager who is responsible for your general operations. I've been in this industry for over 11 years, and I began learning all these skills myself - so I don't just manage, I roll up my sleeves and can help and direct where needed as well.

Your 1nSourcing Team
I'm British, and all my admin team are either from the UK, USA or Canada so they are all native English speaking (with the exception of a dedicated German team), however they are dotted around the globe and tend to enjoy travelling too, so their time zones can and do vary, which means your work will likely be happening around the clock, to what I call "commit lines" - these are the times we're committed to processing your tasks and responding to your requests.

Through continuously developing Virtual Miss Friday since 2005 while working almost exclusively online, Michelle has established an exceptional - yet scalable support service, for working with you personally and at the same time, servicing your entrepreneurial or enterprise level business on a daily basis via her highly specialised in-house team.


Is there anything 1nSourcing doesn’t include?
It's important to note that your 1nSourcing Team doesn’t provide the following services.
Fixed working hours
We work to deadlines rather than set times, for example, instead of responding between 9-5 in any particular time zone, we respond with 24 hours, oftentimes very responsively.
Financial services
Bookkeeping is not included in this service as it’s a specialist skill that requires specific knowledge of the laws where your company is formed and the corresponding financial requirements. We can however supply your bookkeeper or accountant with anything that runs through our operations such as sales, invoices and / or digital receipts.
'Live' services
We're a purely digital service, so anything that requires a "real time" attendance such as 'live’ chat or phone calls (making or answering) - isn't available through our 1nSourcing service (the sole exception being 'live' Webinar moderation).
Extensions on 3rd party individuals or teams
1nSourcing is a complete built-in experience, so the services must be provided in one whole - under 1 umbrella, so to speak. We don't work as an extension of another team unless that team is working independently of your 1nSourcing operations.
For example, you may want to hire an expert in a particular field to support you with a specific project or several projects - we'd love to help support that individual, or you may have a publishing or public relations company you work with. Essentially, we're totally on board with working with them to help produce a desired outcome for your business, however the core administrative, marketing and creative services must be provided within the 1nSourcing Team (without any disconnect) to work accurately, efficiently and effectively at every stage of our operations.
