I answered a really awesome question recently from one of the members of my Passport Club - she said...
"I need to know how to take what I know I can do and turn it into a strategic business case / plan for a prospective client. It's one thing to say, I can do admin, social media assistant, content curation, graphics, etc, but how does that go from a "resume" to a business??"
The best way to communicate this is an 'outcome package' where you don't focus on 'what' you do, you focus on the 'outcome' for the client.
What do your skills mean for the client, their business, their future, what can you collectively place inside a single package to achieve a result - I would suggest you start there and see where it takes you ;-) You want to focus on the result for them, and not the means of getting to the result.
Think of communicating the means as your resume, and the results as your business ;-)
