Don’t Buy Your Adobe Dreamweaver From Ebay

July 19, 2010

It is pretty to safe to say that eBay has a dependable following. With thousands of sellers and buyers all around the globe, this is one website that is a force to be reckoned with in the online community. You can purchase almost anything just by carrying out a simple search, and it appears much more folks are turning to eBay to get their Adobe Dreamweaver software. Having said that, this seriously isn’t advised and this document aims to enlighten you of the reasons why.

Adobe Dreamweaver is a professional web design software package, available direct from the manufacturer Adobe at a rather high price. They can charge that since they made it, and it is perhaps the world’s most favored selection of web design software. That doesn’t always indicate that everybody wants to pay a high price for it though, and as soon as they realize just how much it costs, they generally start browsing online for less costly prices. This is where eBay comes in, and individuals soon find themselves pleasantly surprised with the prices on eBay. Lets face it, they’re less expensive! But does anyone ask themselves precisely why they are so inexpensive?

There could be a lot of reasons why they are so cheap, but this doesn’t deter people. They soon become obsessed with the idea of being able to get something like Adobe Dreamweaver at a genuinely affordable price. The Adobe website will charge hundreds of pounds, whereas eBay could be selling them for half that price. The recommendation here is to remain ‘buyer aware’ and don’t get sucked in by resorting to buy from eBay.

Some of the problems with Adobe Dreamweaver products from eBay include:

• Student versions being traded – therefore not providing you full accessibility and capability to design your website
• Opened – never get a piece of software that has been opened up as it could have been tampered with
• Non-retail versions – therefore possibly illegal
• Trial version – where you don’t get complete access
• Academic version – again, not allowing you full access to particular features you might need
• Resale version – stay away from any programs that are being resold, as this is illegal

Don’t forget the golden rule of buying something on eBay – if it looks too good to be true then it probably is!

Have your say and leave a comment, I personally review all of the comments on this site, and I would love to read yours ;)
Thanks so much!
